What we do
An operations system built for this reality: works offline on cheap Android phones, syncs when there is signal. Route building and sequencing, driver app with proof-of-service photo and GPS at every stop, customer billing by mobile money with automatic reminders and suspension rules, arrears reporting, vehicle fuel and maintenance logging, and a municipal-grade service report generated automatically. It answers the two questions that decide whether the business survives: who has paid, and which route makes money.
Who we built it for
Private waste haulers and sanitation contractors in African and South Asian cities running 3 to 60 vehicles, plus municipal contract operators who must report on service delivery.
The problem
Small haulers run on paper route sheets and a WhatsApp group.
They cannot tell which customers paid, which stops were actually served, or which routes lose money.
Customers complain, the hauler cannot prove service happened, municipal contracts are lost over unverifiable reporting, and collections revenue leaks constantly to cash handling.
